Rev. George H. Pember, in his book, "Earth's Earliest Ages" made the following statement: "For the tracks of many a popular doctrine may be followed through the long range of Church history, till at length we start with affright at the discovery that we have traced them back to the very entrance of the enemy's camp." I would like to add also that many doctrines which the modern Churches of today reject are found deeply inbeded in the True Word of God. Also many who are proclaimed as great Servants of God, we find to be members of the enemy's camp. To continue with Brother Pember's statement: We will not stay now to illustrate this fact, some proofs of which will come before us in the course of our subject. But it is a matter which every Christian should carefully test for himself, if he be really desirous to seek first, in preference to any other consideration, the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. For he need be in no perplexity as to the mode of procedure, and God will grant him the requisite wisdom if he ask it. Let him but believe that the Bible is the infallible word of the great Creator, and that all men are, and ever have been, prone to error, and he will readily see that to discover the truth of any doctrine he must first strive to divest himself of preconceived notions, of all that he has ever heard about it, and of all feeling either for or against it. These pages will address many of those doctrines which have been accepted and many which have been rejected. We will also address many who are proclaimed as great Servants and also of many who are rejected as Servants of God. We have plans to insert Rev. Pember's complete work on "Earth's Earliest Ages" and also R. C. Hazeltine's book on "How Did It Happen", both which we believe to be great books. It is my desire that all who visit these pages will Pray and seek God, as it says in Acts 17:11:These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. I feel sure that if you do, they will be a great blessing to you. Even though many of these things may sound strange, we know them to be true.
